We are here to help bring perspective, balance and education with healthy eating and relaxation techniques which are medically proven to help control anxiety and reduce stress.

You will also be invited to join our private whatsapp group which will offer support from people you have met on your retreat.

Food and Relaxation

On one of our unique retreats you’ll learn how to prepare a range of tasty dishes using high-quality ingredients. You’ll visit local markets* (where available), plan meals and buy ingredients. You will also have the chance to find out all about the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Eating delicious, freshly made meals is a great way to de-stress, relax and get energised.

Wellbeing and Yoga

As well as mouth-watering dishes and the finest, freshest ingredients, we place an emphasis on yoga and wellbeing. Take part in relaxing and energising yoga classes and wellbeing workshops to give both your mind and your body the chance to recover from the hassles and headaches of everyday life.

Sue Baliss our wellbeing and yoga consultant, a real expert in the field has a proven track record to reduce stress, anxiety and help you regain control.

During your retreat, you’ll have the chance to listen to talks on wellbeing. You’ll also have a number of opportunities to enjoy one to one sessions focussed around massage, stress relief and changing your life.
